- We require at least 3 days notice for large pick-up orders or around the holidays.
- Once you have ordered your catering, it is non refundable. You can add to your order within 3 days, but can’t not subtract. It takes a large amount of time to order, prep and smoke our BBQ.

Off-site Catering Guidelines
We approach catering and event planning on an individual basis. No two events are exactly the same. We use our years of experience, listen to what your needs are and arrange something specifically for your event. And if you have no idea what you might want, but you know you want great food and service we are here to walk you through your event big or small. Here are some basics:
- Ribs: St Louis and Baby Backs all have 13-14 ribs in a rack. We recommend 1/3 of a rack per person. 4 racks of St Louis will fill a full tray. 6 racks of Baby Backs will fill a full tray.
- Whole chickens: We cut our whole birds into 1/8s or 1/4’s. 4 whole chickens will fill a full tray.
- Pulled Pork, BBQ Brisket, Pulled Chicken and any of our handmade Sausages: We recommend 6 oz per person. 5 pounds will fill a half tray,10 pounds of these items will fill a full tray.
- Sides: We sell our sides by the quart. There are 5 servings to a quart. The same calculations apply to all our sides.
On-site party planning
We approach your on-site experience on an individual basis. These are some of our packages. We are one of top beer bars in the country and always have a huge rotating selections of the world’s best beers to choose from for your guests. These are basics packages that can be tailored to your needs.
Family Style Option
- Family style, sit down meal. All entrees will be served on large platters and shared at the table with our famous corn bread.
- Choice of 4 meats for entrée platters:
- BBQ chicken (on the bone), St. Louis Ribs, Pulled Pork, Texas Brisket, or Chorizo Sausage
- Choice of 4 side dishes:
- Cole Slaw, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, BBQ Beans, Apple Sauce, Chili, French Fries, Creamed Spinach, Mac & Cheese or Potato Salad.
- Price Per Person is $32.00 includes beverages (fountain drinks and coffee/tea only). Tax and 20% gratuity are not included.
- This package is for parties of 25 people or more.
Limited Menu Option
- Individual meals that will be ordered off a menu made specifically for your party each meal comes with our famous corn bread.
- Entrée Choice (1 per person):
- Brisket sandwich or plate with 2 sides
- 1/3 Rack of St Louis Ribs with 2 sides
- Pulled Pork sandwich or plate with 2 sides
- Chorizo Sausage sandwich or plate with 2 sides
- Pulled chicken Sandwich or plate with 2 sides
- Cheese burger with 2 sides
- Chicken Caesar Salad
- Side Choices (2 per person except with salad):
- Cole Slaw, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, BBQ Beans, Apple Sauce, Chili, French Fries, Creamed Spinach, Mac & Cheese or Potato Salad.
- Price Per Person is $34.00 includes beverages (fountain drinks and coffee/tea only). Tax and 20% gratuity are not included.
- This package is for parties of 25 people or more.
These options do not include any alcoholic beverages. We will offer a “cash” bar for your party. Which means, alcohol may be purchased by you or your guests at the bar, separately from your party package. If you would like an open bar we can price that as well.
Dessert is not included in this package. We can supply dessert at an additional charge or we can discuss options for you to bring in your own dessert, however, a serving fee, per person will be added to the bill.
