The Big Three from California will be here to rock some serious Beer and BBQ great times. We are actually afraid of this night-the three of them together with all the reps, the beers, the patrons and the food-we are upping the insurance on the place for this night!!! Bring your sleeping bags and tents for this one!!

DogFish Head Brewery Series Night

On Saturday, March 24th we are having our all friends back from the “Dog Patch”!

 This is always one of the biggest Brewery Series Nights of the season.

Clown Shoes Brewery Series Night

On Saturday, April 21st we welcome in Gregg Berman, owner of Clown Shoes Brewery in Massachusetts. Clown Shoes is new to NYS and we ae pumped to have Gregg himself drop by and tell us more about these great beers. As we get closer to the event we will post a complete list of these great beers.

2012 Brew Masters Dinner with Chris Trogner

On Tuesday, May 15th Holy Smoke is pleased to announce that Christopher Trogner the owner

 of Troegs Brewery will be our master of ceremonies for our 2012 Brew Masters Dinner.

Chris has recently been extremely busy moving his brewery to Hershey PA. He has been a good friend to Holy Smoke, since doing one of the original Brewery Series Nights 5 years ago when they were new to NYS.

The idea of this evening is to showcase Chris, his great beers and share a great meal with friends. 

If you are fan of Mad Elf, Nugget Nectar, Troegenator, Java Head Stout the list is huge than this is your night. Rarely do you see a brewery receive an overall  ”A” rating from Beer Advocate as Chris has done with Troegs along with his brother John.

The night is a 5 course dinner, each course paired with a different Troegs beer. We usually depart from our BBQ theme these nights and the final menu will be posted here after Chris and I have time to agree on the pairings. I mentioned game to Chris and he sounded interested so that at least a starting point. We have so many great beers to choose from, that it will be a fun task to do this menu.

The tickets for this event go on sale today.  They are first come first served. Holy Smoke will be closed to the public the entire day for this special event. The tickets for this event are $75 which includes everything.

This is a great Christmas gift for the beer lover,  or for anyone who wants to have a great night out with friends.
